Capcom has announced that Mega Man X DiVE Offline will include several seasonal events, an additional sound mode, and several adjusted skills. The news comes courtesy of Capcom producer Asada So, who confirmed more information on the upcoming release.
Mega Man X DiVE Offline is an upcoming offline version of the online game by the same name. The game will be released on PC, iOS, and Android in September. The game will cost $29.99.
Mega Man X DiVE Offline Seasonal Events and Sound Mode
In a new developer video, Asada So confirmed that Mega Man X DiVE Offline will include elemental metals given to players as stage completion awards, additional weapons, and characters will be available as stage rewards or to exchange in the in-game shop. Seasonal events are included and can be played regardless of the time of year.
A new mode has also been added to allow players to listen to background music and voice lines from the game. Further, to compensate for the game’s removal of PvP, specific skills have been adjusted and fine-tuned for PvE.
Mega Man X DiVE Offline will include classic side-scrolling Mega Man action. Players can take control of nearly one hundred characters, including X, Proto Man, Zero, Axl, and more. There’s an original story, and players may strengthen your characters with chips, cards, and weapons.
