The Pokémon Company has officially announced that Blaziken, Mimikyu, and Meowscarada will be added to Pokémon UNITE. Blaziken will be released in an update on September 14. Currently, the release dates for Mimikyu and Meowscarada are unknown.
Pokémon UNITE is a MOBA based in the world of Pokémon. The free-to-play game features a cast of exciting Pokémon, cross-platform play, and cosmetics for each Pokémon. More information will be released about the new update in the coming months.
Blaziken and More Coming to Pokémon UNITE
The new trailer for Pokémon Unite reveals the moves that each new Pokémon can utilize. First, there is Blaziken. Blaziken can quickly close the distance between opponents with his fire kick attacks and use a spinning move to deal devastating damage to enemies at close range. Then, there is Mimikyu. Mimikyu has an ability that allows him to teleport to his opponents. He can also wrap opponents in his shell and deal damage over time, tearing them apart in seconds. Finally, there is Meowscarada. Meowscarada can create illusions and use the wind to attack enemies within a specific range.
Each character is unique and will undoubtedly add a new layer of excitement to the meta of Pokémon UNITE. Here’s an overview of the game via the Nintendo eShop.
