Pikmin 4 Now Available Alongside Special Pikmin Bloom Event

Pikmin fans rejoice in two games.

Nintendo have released Pikmin 4 for Nintendo Switch today, and a brand-new event is now live in Pikmin Bloom to coincide with the game’s launch. Players who play both Pikmin titles may also receive a special reward.

In Pikmin 4, players may embark on a grand new journey, gather Pikmin, defeat tough bosses, and explore vast areas. Each Pikmin has its specific use, so players must make note of how Pikmin may help traversal or target enemy weaknesses. Dependable dog and loyal partner Oatchi may also help the player and Pikmin on their adventure. The Pikmin 4 launch trailer highlights some of the features and gameplay fans can expect before diving into the game themselves.

Pikmin 4 Collab in Pikmin Bloom

Additionally, a new Pikmin 4 collaboration event is now live in Pikmin Bloom. Players may try out a new event challenge to earn seven new Pikmin 4 Spaceship Decor Pikmin in the mobile game. From July 21 to August 13, special missions may be completed to earn additional items in Pikmin Bloom as well. During the event period, fans may invite friends to play the mobile game and earn Pikmin 4-themed gold seedlings too.

Further, Pikmin 4 players may earn a Oatchi-Rider costume in Pikmin Bloom by playing the full game or Nintendo eShop demo. A Nintendo Account must be registered with play activity in the Pikmin 4 game or demo and Pikmin Bloom to receive the bonus through My Nintendo. Full details about the collaboration event may be found here.

    About Pikmin 4

Guide pintsized creatures in a grand mission on a strange planet!

Meet Pikmin, small, plantlike creatures you can grow, pluck, command, and overpower your enemies with! These curious helpers come in different types—fire is no sweat for Red Pikmin and the brand-new Ice Pikmin can freeze enemies and the environment. Use your Pikmin’s miniature might (and a bit of strategy) to explore this mysterious planet.

You get a dog, too! Oatchi (pronounced oat-chee), resident good boy and dependable partner, can help with things like smashing obstacles and carrying Pikmin throughout your adventure. With the miniscule Pikmin and a capable canine in tow, no challenge is too big!

Lastly, Pikmin 4 is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
