    Naruto Gaiden Minato Namikaze Manga Will Be Available in English, 55 Pages Long

    A dense backstory manga for Minato Namikaze.

    The upcoming Minato Namikaze one-shot Naruto manga is launching soon, and more details about its release have surfaced. This new manga will be available in Weekly Shonen Jump issue #33, and fans can expect an English release that same day on select digital manga services.

    Minato Namikaze is the fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village and the father of Naruto Uzumaki, the protagonist of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. Earlier this year, Shueisha revealed that Minato won the NARUTOP99 popularity vote, which was held from December 17, 2022 to January 31, 2023. To celebrate Minato’s win, Masashi Kishimoto confirmed that a new one-shot manga detailing Minato’s backstory and ninjutsu secrets will be published in Weekly Shonen Jump.

    Naruto Gaiden ~Uzu no Naka no Tsumujikaze~ is the official Japanese title for the upcoming Minato Namikaze one-shot manga. Fans can expect it to release on July 18 in Japan via Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump #33 issue. The new one-shot manga will also release on Manga Plus and Viz Media’s digital Shonen Jump in English in the west. This manga will be 55 pages long, so it’s a substantial read for a one-shot work.

    After reading the new manga, fans will soon relive iconic scenes from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden in Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections. The upcoming game by CyberConnect2 includes new playable characters including Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode), Sasuke Uchiha (Supporting Kage), Indra Otsutsuki, Ashura Otsutsuki, and Nanashi from the Ninja Heroes mobile game. Moreover, Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections includes an original story mode starring Boruto from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Boruto and his allies will soon find themselves faced with the outbreak of the Fifth Great Ninja War.

    Lastly, Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections launches in 2023 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
