Sea of Stars Demo Now Available on Steam

    "Wheels" minigame also revealed.

Sabotage Studio announced a Sea of Stars demo is now available on PC via Steam as part of Steam Next Fest 2023. The developers also revealed a brand-new minigame while recapping the features of the demo.

According to Sabotage Studio, the Sea of Stars demo for Steam shares the same features as the previously released Switch demo. Moreover, the Steam demo includes minor updates that followed after the Switch demo’s release this past February. Both demos showcase the turn-based RPG’s gameplay systems and mechanics without delving too much into the main story. As a result, the Sea of Stars demo sets the tone for what players can expect in the full game. Currently, the demo supports English, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language options.

Sabotage Studio encourages fans to give their feedback about the Sea of Stars demo by joining the official Discord server and engaging in the conversation in the #sos-demo-feedback channel. If players encounter any problems in the demo, they may provide details about their experience along with information regarding their current PC build. These details include Windows version, graphics card, graphics driver version, motherboard, CPU model, monitor resolution, monitor refresh rate, and input device. This information is vital for future adjustments to the Steam version of Sea of Stars

Further, Sabotage Studio revealed the new Wheels tabletop minigame. This particular minigame is very popular within the world of Sea of Stars. Players may enjoy this optional tabletop minigame as a fun diversion away from combat and the main story.
