    Sea of Stars Demo Available Now on Nintendo Switch

    A demo is now available on the eShop!

    Announced during today’s Nintendo Direct, Sea of Stars now has a demo for you to try out! The demo is currently available now to download through the Nintendo Switch eShop.

    Sea of Stars has a fantastic guest composer, Yasunori Mitsuda. Mitsuda is best known for his incredible work on titles like Chrono TriggerXenogears, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3. His work that has been teased thus far sounds incredible, which is something you come to expect with composers of his caliber.

    As for what exactly Sea of Stars is, the game is a retro-inspired RPG with beautiful sprite work and turn-based combat. There have been plenty of trailers released for the game, but this one finally revealed the release date for the title. The new trailer showcasing the Sea of Stars demo is available below.

    Sea of Stars is a turn-based RPG inspired by the classics. It tells the story of two Children of the Solstice who will combine the powers of the sun and moon to perform Eclipse Magic, the only force capable of fending off the monstrous creations of the evil alchemist known as The Fleshmancer.

    Sea of Stars will release on August 29, 2023. The platforms it is currently scheduled to release on include Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
