Bandai Namco released the launch trailer for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R DLC character Alternate World Diego Brando, confirming Season Pass 2 is on the way. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R Season Pass 2 will feature three new playable character from the franchise’s most beloved sagas.
Alternate World Diego arrives on June 16 for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R as the final DLC character for Season Pass 1. Season Pass 2 will feature three new playable characters with the first DLC character being from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind. The Golden Wind character launches in early fall 2023, and the second Season Pass 2 DLC character arrives later in the fall. The second DLC character will be from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable. Lastly, the third and final DLC character hails from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 8: JoJolion and will release in late winter.
Fans may purchase JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R Season Pass 2 starting Wednesday, June 14. Moreover, players will earn the Giorno Giovanna Haruno Shiobana costume and DLC character early access with their purchase of Season Pass 2. A JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R Ultimate Edition will be available starting June 14. Ultimate Edition contents include the full game, Season Pass 1 and 2, and five special event outfits.

How the game has evolved from the original All Star Battle
Based on the All Star Battle system released in 2014, the game design of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R reinvigorates the experience with adjustments to the fighting tempo and the addition of hit stops and jump dashes. With new audio recordings from the Part 6 anime voice actors, the full atmosphere of the animated series is realized.
