Resident Evil 4 remake reaches 3.75 million copies in a week's time.

Capcom published its latest earnings release for fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023, revealing a record-high in annual sales. Titles such as Resident Evil 4 remake and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak quickly helped Capcom thrive during the past fiscal year.

According to Capcom, the company’s net sales were 125,930 million yen, which is up 14.4 % from fiscal year ending in March 2022. Additionally, operating income was increased by 18.4% to 50,812 million yen, and ordinary income increased by 15.9% to 51,369 million yen. If the company achieves this goal, it will mark the 11th consecutive year of operating income growth and the 7th seven consecutive year of record-high profits.

Street Fighter 6 and Exoprimal will be two major releases for Capcom during the current fiscal year. Additionally, sales of Resident Evil 4 remake and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak may continue to grow. Another major update for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is expected to arrive this summer.
