Blue Protocol Network Test Dated for March 31 – April 2 in Japan

Worldwide release coming later this year.

Bandai Namco announced the Blue Protocol network test is now set for March 31 through April 2 for PC in Japan. Previously, the network test was postponed from its original January 2023 launch date due to issues involving the build.

    Upcoming Network Test

The Blue Protocol network test allows players in Japan to try out the new action RPG and its online functionality before the spring 2023 launch. A friend invitation system for the network test is currently live in Japan until March 22. 9 days later, the Blue Protocol network test begins on March 31 and lasts until April 2 (Thanks, Siliconera!).

Bandai Namco apologizes for the long wait as fans eagerly anticipate the Blue Protocol network test. Additionally, the publisher plans on sharing more details about what players can expect to play in the network test before March 31 arrives. A client will be available to download before the network test starts as well.

A bug postponed the network test’s launch this January, and the development team at Bandai Namco has finally corrected the issue. Before the network test begins, users in Japan may download a benchmark program featuring the game’s character creation system. This benchmark allows players to test their PC specifications before the network test launches.
