D3 Publisher announced Earth Defense Force 6 DLC “Mission Pack 1: Lost Days” launches on March 23 in Japan. This new DLC for Earth Defense Force 6 acts as a prequel story connecting the game to the events of Earth Defense Force 5.
Lost Days
Alongside the new prequel story, Earth Defense Force 6 DLC Mission Pack 1: Lost Days includes new enemies (Invasive Alien Species Primal Alpha, Invasive Alien Species Primal Beta, Invasive Wild Species, Primal Mother Monster, Invasive Alien Species Large Type, Cocoon, etc.), 15 missions, and more than 70 new weapons. Some of these weapons are returning from Earth Defense Force 5’s additional mission packs.
Earth Defense Force 20th Anniversary
D3 Publisher also revealed the 20th anniversary logo for the Earth Defense Force franchise. The franchise first began with the release of Simple 2000 Series Vol. 31: The Earth Defense Forces on June 26, 2003 for PlayStation 2. The publisher will share more details about upcoming Earth Defense Force 20th anniversary plans at a later date (Thanks, Gematsu).
