Nintendo announced The Super Mario Bros Movie Nintendo Direct is set for March 9 at 2:00 p.m. PST / 5:00 p.m. EST. This focused Nintendo Direct features the final trailer for the upcoming film before it premieres around the world.
Like previous Nintendo Directs, The Super Mario Bros Movie Direct will be hosted on Nintendo’s official YouTube channel. However, no new game information will be shared in the Nintendo Direct. Instead, The Super Mario Bros Movie Nintendo Direct serves as a premiere for the film’s final trailer.

Chris Pratt voices Mario in The Super Mario Bros Movie, while Seth Rogen voices Donkey Kong. Pratt and Rogen are joined by Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike. Further, iconic Mario voice actor Charles Martinet will make surprise cameo appearances.
Lastly, The Super Mario Bros Movie premieres on April 7, 2023 across theaters in the U.S.
