    Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster surpasses 600,000 copies sold

    Atlus announced Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster surpassed 600,000 copies sold worldwide since release on October 29, 2020.

    The updated sales figure came from Atlus’ fiscal year financial results ending on March 2022. Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is among one of the highest selling games in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise alongside Shin Megami Tensei V. Shin Megami Tensei V sold over 1 million copies and Shin Megami Tensei IV sold over 600,000 copies to date.

    Following the financials results, SEGA confirmed interests in adapting Atlus franchises such as Persona into live-action TV series and movies. The company targets the growing popularity of the Persona franchise with the upcoming releases of Persona games on modern platforms.

    The Persona series is finally heading to all major platforms with the new releases of Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal. All three games will be available now PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam. Persona 5 Royal releases first on October 21. Release dates for Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are pending.

    Lastly, Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster is currently available now for PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam.
