Efforts were focused on improving online play as we considered player feedback

-Resolved issues with one-sided rollback.
-Resolved instances where some grabs during rollback would cause a desync.
-Resolved cases where REVERSAL and COUNTER would not appear during times of
heavy rollback frames.
-Now able to skip round opening intros.
-Changed the connection level indicator signal and added a ping value indicator.
