A new rumor sees the Star Wars franchise potentially receive a new game from Quantic Dream. According to VGC, the Detroit: Become Human developers are rumored to have signed a 3 year deal with Disney to develop the new game. DualShockers claims that this new Star Wars game has been in the works for around 18 months or so. The new game features “traditional action gameplay” and multiplayer but details are scarce about features. Overall, Lucasfilm is looking to expand their lineup of Star Wars games with 3rd party studios to build new experiences. This was sorely lacking during the EA era of Star Wars games. Nothing is confirmed by both Disney and Quantic Dream so please take this rumor with a grain of salt.
