Battlefield 2042 features cross-play, cross-progression and cross-commerce

EA announced some new details for Battlefield 2042! The game supports cross-play, cross-progression and cross-commerce. This means purchases, progression and players are all shared across PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. PS4 and Xbox One players are able to play together via cross-play. Players may also opt out of cross-play between PC and console as well. The first playtest for Battlefield 2042 arrives later this summer.
