    EA reveals Battlefield 2042, releasing October 22nd for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC

    EA premiered the reveal trailer for Battlefield 2042 today. This is the newest installment in the battlefield franchise and is set to come out on October 22. The game is releasing for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Check out the trailer below:

    Along with the trailer, EA also revealed some information about the game. The game will have an open beta available to all players, details on that will be shared later, but those who pre-order will get early access to it. The game will support 128 player games on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but 64 on PS4 and Xbox One. The game will have seven maps along with seasons and battle passes (one free and one paid). There will also be no campaign, but it will have a new game mode. The gameplay reveal will happen on June 13.
