    Dragon Ball Super anime is returning according to an animator from Toei Animation

    In a recently released interview on the official Dragon Ball website, Toei Animation animator Florence Jay Dominguito shared his thoughts about the franchise. He joined Toei Animation in 2011 and is currently working in Toei Animation Philippines. His most recent work includes the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie from 2019. In an excerpt from the interview, he seemingly confirms the return of the Dragon Ball Super anime. This will follow after the new movie in 2022 and coincide with merchandise launches as well. Here’s what he had to say:

    ——What hopes and expectations do you have for the future of the Dragon Ball franchise?

    As a fan, I’m really looking forward to new movies and merchandise. I’m also excited about the new anime that will continue Dragon Ball Super.
