Cygames director Tetsuya Fukuhara released a new update for the Granblue Fantasy franchise in 2021. In the update, Fukuhara states that Cygames is focusing on developing Granblue Fantasy Relink this year. This means that news of the game will be scarce throughout 2021 but this is in preparation for release in 2022. We can expect a blowout of information and promotions next year.
For Granblue Fantasy Versus, Anre‘s character trailer premieres on January 22nd! The next character following Anre will be revealed in March during the Granblue Fantasy 7th Anniversary stream. Season Pass 2 owners gain access to both Anre and this new character.
