Nintendo has revealed that previous Maximus Cup themes are returning to Tetris 99. The three themes included are Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Luigi’s Mansion 3, and Ring Fit Adventure. The Maximus Cup will begin on August 14th at 12 am PT and will run to August 22nd 11:59 pm PT. This time players will only need 50 points to get one of the three themes. The themes will alternate between rounds. Round 1 starts with Animal Crossing then round 2 is Luigi’s Mansion, and finally round 3 is Ring Fit Adventure!
