Funcom has announced Metal: Hellsinger. The publisher revealed the new title during IGN’s Summer of Gaming event.

“If Doom Eternal and Rock Band merged into one game, it might look like Metal: Hellsinger, a heavy metal, rhythm-based FPS that lets you build up a score multiplier as you shoot and kill the monsters of Hell to the rhythm of the metal music,” it states.

The game will be developed by The Outsiders and is scheduled to be released in 2021. It will release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will also release on the upcoming PS5 and Xbox Series X as well
