Hatsune Miku: Project Diva MegaMix – new songs “Jigsaw Puzzle” and “Roki,” new screenshots

SEGA has released some new information for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva MegaMix coming to Switch! Two brand new songs were confirmed, here are all the details:

The theme song for Hatsune Miku Project Diva MegaMix is called “Catch the Wave.” Its a special song written by kz(livetune) to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the series. A module (designed by LAM) appears in the theme song video but only in design. The 3D model for the module is almost complete.

Puyo Puyo Tsu announced for SEGA Ages lineup for Switch in Japan, includes online battles

SEGA has announced the next game for SEGA Ages, Puyo Puyo Tsu! This will be an enhanced version of the game with new rules, CRT-like filter option and online battles. In addition, a feature to change Puyo colors is available. The game will be priced at 999 yen, similar to previous SEGA Ages releases.

Koi Suru Otome to Shugo no Tate: Bara no Seibo releases for Switch on December 19th in Japan

Entergram has announced that Koi Suru Otome to Shugo no Tate: Bara no Seibo is heading to Switch on December 19th in Japan. A demo is available now in the Japanese Switch eShop. The Japanese Switch release arrives alongside the PS4 and PS Vita release. The visual novel’s official website is available here.

Forza Horizon 4 To Add Battle Royale Mode

Yes you read that correctly. The Xbox Exclusive racing game Forza Horizon 4 is getting a Battle Royale mode. It is sends you and 71 other racers to race against each other in an elimination style race. The goal is to try to stay in the zone that will shrink overtime. Whoever gets to the goal first, wins! This new mode will be completely free to users that already own the game.

Forza Horizon 4 originally launched September 28th, 2018 on the Xbox One family of consoles. It was later released on the Windows Store October 2nd, 2018. It takes place in fictionalized version of Great Britain.

Xbox has announced that Halo Reach reached 3 million players during launch week for Halo Master Chief Collection on Xbox One and PC. This is labeled as a “monumental launch” for Xbox, showing that the Halo franchise is still strong leading into 2020. More details are available here in Xbox’s official blog post.

NekoMiko developers announce Prison Princess, an escape adventure game for Switch

NekoMiko studio Qureate has announced Prison Princess for Switch! Prison Princess is an escape adventure game with focuses on beautiful girls, puzzle solving and some eroticism. The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu states that the game releases on January 30th 2020 via the Switch eShop. Development of the game is at 92% so its almost complete.

Nintendo wants fans to tune into the Game Awards 2019 tomorrow night

Nintendo has shown up with big game reveals at the Game Awards over the past few years. Bayonetta 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild gameplay to name a few. It’s no surprise that Nintendo wants you to watch the show tomorrow night, but what might surprise us are the reveals they have in store. Bandai Namco has announced that a free holiday themed update is coming soon to Code Vein! The update adds:

  • Additional body parameters

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III for Switch releases on March 19th in Japan. Currently, the western release is set for Spring 2020. The Switch version of Trails of Cold Steel III includes high-speed mode and most of the previously released DLC.
