SEGA has released a new trailer for Crazy Taxi: World Tour, titled “Welcome to Brazil.” This marks Brazil as the fourth out of the five locations that players will be able to visit on their world tour.

In Brazil, you will be helping to deliver fresh coffee, exploring the beaches, and navigating some of its biggest cities in both day and night. The trailer’s description states the following about the location: “Beautiful Brazil. Whether it’s the breathtaking coastlines, the vibrant and energetic culture, or the delicious coffee, there’s something here for everyone! Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Brazil when Crazy Taxi: World Tour hits the streets in 2027!”

Crazy Taxi: World Tour is the first major entry in the Crazy Taxi series since 2002’s High Roller. The new game is part of a move by SEGA to revive its dormant IPs such as Jet Set Radio. The game was first announced at this year’s Xbox Games Showcase alongside a reveal trailer. The game will allow players to explore locations like the West Coast, Germany, and Japan.

The game’s soundtrack includes returning hits from The Offspring and Bad Religion, including “All I Want”, “Change the World”, “Ten in 2010” “Them and Us”, and “Inner Logic”. SEGA will reveal further information about the soundtrack, including new, additional artists, at a later date.

Crazy Taxi: World Tour will release in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The game will also be available to play via Xbox on PC. A film adaptation written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand (The Naked Gun) is in development. Check out our Gamescom 2026 preview of World Tour before its launch next year.
