Game Outlet Europe and 8BitDo are now shipping the 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller in a new Lavender Dusk special edition colorway. Like all other models of the Ultimate 3, the Lavender Dusk controller is officially licensed for XBOX and compatible with XBOX One, XBOX Series X|S, Android, iOS, and PC.
The Ultimate 3 controller features Hall-Effect impulse triggers with two-stage physical trigger stops, cutting-edge TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) thumbsticks, and adjustable stick resistance with the including physical Force Ring. Users can turn the Force Ring dial lighter for speed or tighter control. The Force Ring is powered by a 216MHz processor and a 12-bit ADC sampling chip. In addition, the controller features two remappable rear paddles and dedicated top shoulder buttons (L4/R4) for low-latency inputs.
Ultimate 3 is compatible with XBOX Series X|S and XBOX One consoles via 2.4GHz low-latency wireless and wired connectivity. 2.4GHz wireless and wired is also supported for Windows 10/11, and the controller also supports Bluetooth connectivity for iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices. When connected on PC, the controller features up to a 1000Hz polling rate and 6-axis gyro motion control as well. Settings are customizable in Ultimate Software X on Xbox and PC and Ultimate Software V2 on mobile.
A built-in 3.5mm audio jack also ensures headset compatibility with a variety of products. What’s more, the controller also includes an integrated wireless charging dock with an embedded 2.4G receiver chamber to keep the controller charged and connected when needed.
