Dragami Games, Nada Holdings, and JP Universe have announced Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back, the sequel to Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back is playable at the SEGA/ATLUS booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026, which runs from September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Thus far, a PlayStation 5 version of the game was announced for a 2027 release.
The staff of Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back includes Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata, original Lollipop Chainsaw scenario writer Masahiro Yuki, and main character concept artist NekoshowguN.

Juliet returns to a rebuilt San Romero, now transformed into “Jaredwood,” a sprawling metropolis built around the film industry. When a mysterious director traps her inside his twisted zombie movie, Juliet must fight alongside her allies, uncover the conspiracy behind the chaos, and stop a new threat posed by the Corrupted Realm zombies.
TGS 2026 attendees can play the Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back demo will earn an original keychain while supplies last, and booth visitors will also receive a logo sticker. PeachMilky, cosplayer and official Lollipop Chainsaw ambassador, will also appear as protagonist Juliet Starling at the booth.
What’s more, a stage show for the new Lollipop Chainsaw sequel will be held at Tokyo Game Show 2026 on September 19 at 9:40 – 10:30 a.m. JST.
Previously, Nada Holdings and Dragami Games teamed up to announce a new Lollipop Chainsaw game and anime were in the works.
Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is available now for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Nintendo Switch owners of Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP may upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 version via an upgrade pack for $9.99.
