The latest issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has announced that a one-shot for the To Love-Ru manga will release on August 17. The 25-page one-shot will release in Jump Giga seasonal magazine to commemorate the series’ 20th anniversary.

The summer issue will ship with a color opening manga for the one-shot. Writer Kentarō Yabuki and artist Saki Hasemi will return to write the new entry. It debuted in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2006, with Shueisha publishing the series across 18 volumes. The To LOVEru DARKNESS sequel manga launched in Jump SQ in 2010 and ended in March 2017. The series also has 18 volumes. Two anime adaptations and OVAs are also available to watch. Furthermore, Tadahiro Miura’s Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs manga will also receive a new one-shot, to commemorate the series’ 10-year anniversary.

Lastly, MangaDex describes To Love-Ru as follows:

Yuuki Rito is your average high school student–awkward, shy, and hopeless when it comes to confessing his feelings to the girl of his dreams. But one day, an alien princess on the run suddenly appears in his bathtub! When Rito finds himself engaged to the beautiful Lala after a misunderstanding, he becomes embroiled in the chaos of extraterrestrial politics, rival alien suitors, and harem hilarity! The story continues in To Love Ru Darkness, when Lala’s younger sister Momo begins her own machinations to marry Rito…but it can only happen if he is coronated as king of their interstellar empire, which would allow him to marry as many women as he wants!
