Electronic Arts has released a new Football Ultimate Team deep dive video for EA SPORTS FC 27 to reveal new updates and changes to the returning mode. The Football Ultimate Team mode for EA SPORTS FC 27 brings the all-new FUT Gallery, expanded single-player and live experiences, refreshed rewards, and quality-of-life gameplay updates.
New updates include:
- FUT Gallery: A brand-new progression system that lets players preserve their favorite Player Items, complete club and league collections, increase their Gallery Level, and unlock exclusive rewards throughout the season.
- Holographic Player Items: A new tier of collectible Items, discoverable through Gallery progression, adding fresh chase content throughout the season
- Evolutions Pathways: Branching progression paths give you more control and creativity in how you develop your favorite Player Items
- Expanded Ways to Play: New single-player Live Events and offline tournament experiences provide additional opportunities to earn rewards and progress with your club.
- Refreshed FUT Experience: Additional quality-of-life improvements and progression updates make it easier than ever to build your dream club and get rewarded for every Player Item you earn.

EA SPORTS FC 27 launches September 25 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, and pre-orders are now available. Ultimate Edition and Ultimate Plus Edition copies include seven days of early access beginning September 18.
EA Play members will be among the first to enter The Grounds in EA SPORTS FC 27 on September 18 with a 10-hour early access trial. EA Play Pro members get day 1 access to the EA Play Pro Edition, which features all the content and features of the Ultimate Edition. Certain content and features, including The Grounds mode (with Clubs), will only be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 versions.
