Monolith Soft has revealed its contributions for Splatoon Raiders, confirming that it provided assistance to “art aspects” of the game. The game is available now on Nintendo Switch 2.

Specifically, Monolith Soft stated that it had “undertaken partial outsourced development for some art aspects” of Splatoon Raiders. Exactly which art elements Monolith Soft worked on is unknown, but it further demonstrates the invaluable work of Monolith Soft across all of Nintendo’s portfolio. Not only is it working on the future of the Xenoblade franchise, but it is also directly involved with The Legend of Zelda series.

Splatoon Raiders is now available for $49.99 digitally and $59.99 physically. A recent trailer revealed that the Deep Cut amiibo will grant players cosmetics based on their respective members. Other Splatoon amiibo will offer outfits “with a unique design.” The rest of the trailer features details previously revealed during the dedicated Nintendo Direct. Splatoon Raiders will take players to the Spirhalite Islands, which feature varied terrain, environments, and treasures. The protagonist, a mechanic and pilot of the ship that Deep Cut were using to excavate as much loot as possible, will have to collect Mega Power Eggs, Spirhalite Crystals, and other relics on their journey.

Further, they will be picking fights with Lesser Salmonids, Boss Salmonids, and Seasoned Salmonids. Every time you go on a raid, you can keep the weapons you find. You will also level up, and use the crafting tools you discover to craft weapons and gadgets with the help of Deep Cut. There are plenty of options for those looking for an extra challenge, further customization, and multiplayer. Lastly, check out the launch trailer for Splatoon Raiders below:
