Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA have released the version 1.03.04 update for FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE with a bug fix for black-and-white effects that weren’t displaying correctly while HDR was enabled. FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE update 1.03.04 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, followed by the Nintendo Switch 2 version soon. In addition to the HDR fix, numerous other bug fixes were made across the board for FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE previously received free DLC featuring costumes based on Konami’s Silent Hill f. The DLC adds the Navy Sailor School Uniform worn by Silent Hill f protagonist Shimizu Hinako for Mio and the Fox Mask accessory for Mio and Mayu.
FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE launched on March 12 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The game is a full remake of the second installment in the FATAL FRAME (PROJECT ZERO) series, following the story of twin sisters Mio and Mayu. The two sisters reach an abandoned village infested with wraiths, and the only way to survive is through the use of Camera Obscura.
