During AnimeJapan 2026, the staff of the fourth season of Re:ZERO Starting Life in Another World unveiled the creditless opening video. The Re:ZERO Starting Life in Another World Season 4 staff also revealed that the mini-anime will return with its own fourth season.
Konomi Suzuki and Ashnikko perform the Re:ZERO Season 4 opening theme song “Reconnect.” The opening theme was performed on the AnimeJapan2026 stage. The season’s ending theme, “Ender Ember” is performed by returning MYTH & ROID in collaboration with TK of Ling tosite sigure.
The fourth season will premiere on April 8 and will consist of 19 episodes divided into two arcs. The season will debut with “The Loss Arc”. Then, “The Recapture Arc” will begin on August 12. Crunchyroll will stream the anime’s fourth season.
Tomokazu Sugita joins the cast of the fourth season as Reid Astrea. The cast also includes Kengo Kawanishi as Roy Alphard, Konomi Kohara as Rui Arneb, and Fairouz Ai as Shaula.
