SEGA has unveiled its round of new updates for Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis launching throughout March 2026. The first update of the month launches on March 4 featuring the “Spring ’26” seasonal event in Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis.
Spring ’26 brings spring-inspired designs and decorations to Central City and Region Mags. Hululu Rappy and Emperappy will appear across Halpha, and Xiandy will offer players rewards for completing her requests. The Seasonal Points Exchange Shop offers Build Parts “Chocolate Fountain” and “Wall Wine Rack,” the Deser’s Rifle accessory, and much more. Further, players can complete Limited-time Tasks to earn TA Customization Disc X/Omni, N-Master Cubes, and Arms Refiner II. Title Tasks and the Limited-time Quest: Drill: Blue Sky Racer Skyscraper will be available with a slew of rewards, including Spring ’26 Special Scratch Tickets.
On March 10, the new Limited-time Quest: Drill: Ruine EX Battle will be available as a solo quest against Ruine EX boss. Limited-time Quest: Drill: Scorching Fortress Clean-Up Op will be available on March 18, offering another 8-player experience for ARKS Defenders to participate in. There will be Limited-time Tasks and Title Tasks for this Limited-time Quest with rewards like Spring ’26 Special Scratch Tickets, the Magisul Hat Accessory, Marina Hair, and more. The Seasonal Points Exchange Shop will offer additional rewards, including N-Master Cubes. Limited-time Urgent Quest: Shadow of the Fallen Star also makes its return.
Players can also look forward to the 14-star Rarity Leafladio weapon series, which can be upgraded from the Spradio weapon series. Leafladio brings improved Potentials, and the required upgrade material, Spradiovolt I, will be available through Limited-time Quests and other content. Mission Pass NGS Season 54 will also be available with a slew of rewards, including stamps, accessories, Personal Shop Use (3 Days), SG Scratch Ticket Prize Slips, and more. All of these events lead up to April, which will bring a new story quest alongside more new content according to the 2026 roadmap.
