Koei Tecmo and Omega Force previously launched the “Visions of Four Heroes” DLC expansion for Dynasty Warriors: Origins on January 22 alongside the game’s Nintendo Switch 2 version. Dynasty Warriors: Origins Visions of Four Heroes adds new stories featuring the titular heroes, along with new allies, weapons, and much more.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins is available now for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon’s 4/5 review of Dynasty Warriors: Origins notes that the game is “a great time, acting as an excellent entry point for newcomers and a treat for series veterans as well.”
The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Dynasty Warriors: Origins runs at a stable 30 FPS. According to producer Tomohiko Sho, Dynasty Warriors: Origins could have reached 60 FPS on Switch 2, but it would have required a reduction of the number of overall soldiers on screen to “the same amount as prior Warriors series entries,” so the team opted for a stable 30 FPS instead.
