The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin to Receive Further Optimizations Before Launch

Following the end of its recent closed beta test, Netmarble has outlined some of the planned optimizations free-to-play open-world action RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin heading into launch. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin was also featured at the G-STAR 2025 event, which was held from November 13 to 16 at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center.

According to Netmarble, the team received very positive feedback from players who filled out the post-closed beta test survey. More than 93% of survey respondents stated that they will play the game upon its official launch, and more than 85% praised the game’s graphics, story, and combat system. Based on feedback from the closed beta test, Netmarble will implement improvements to enhance UI/UX convenience and gameplay polish before The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin launches. 

At G-STAR 2025, attendees experienced a hands-on demo of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin alongside exclusive stage events, which were also positively well received. The demo was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding its visuals, worldbuilding, and gameplay. Players shared comments like “The graphics are incredible and make you feel like you’re inside an anime.”

The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin launches January 28, 2026 for Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Pre-registration is available on the official website, Google Play Store, and App Store with various sign-up rewards up for grabs, including playable character Tioreh, draw tickets, hero upgrade materials, and healing dishes. What’s more, a pre-order package is available in the PlayStation Store featuring various in-game items and bonuses including Draw Tickets, Hero Upgrade Materials, and Weapon Upgrade Materials.
