The official Puella Magi Madoka Magica website announced TV editions of Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part 1: Beginnings and Part 2: Eternal compilation films will begin airing on October 12 on 28 MBS and TBS affiliate channels at 5:00 p.m. JST. There will be 11 episodes to help fans get up to speed before the theatrical premiere of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht: Rising- movie in February 2026 in Japan.

Aniplex initially released the horror fantasy anime in 2011, and it has received several anime, movie, and video game spin-offs since then.
