Digital Extremes has announced that the next Prime Warframe, Caliban Prime, will be available in Warframe on August 26. He will be available alongside his signature weapons and multiple cosmetics.
According to Digital Extremes, Caliban is “the heir of two kingdoms, an ancient survivor of The Old War who was uncovered from the wreckage. Originally created to specifically hunt down the Tenno by the Sentient warlord, Erra, he is now free of his creator’s clutches, joining an arsenal of Warframes to restore his own honor.” The Prime version of Caliban will have access to a spinning vortex, Prime versions of his constructs, and more.
Additionally, Caliban’s signature melee scythe, Venato Prime, and a never-before-seen sniper rifle uncovered from the Orokin archives, Vadarya Prime will also be available. Further, there will be multiple brand-new cosmetics, such as the Neurovyre Prime Syandana backpiece, the Tauron Prime Regalia outfit for the Operator and Drifter, and exclusive Caliban Prime Glyphs. 90-Day Affinity and Resource Boosters will also be available. All of this and more will release on August 26.
Recently, Digital Extremes revealed the next narrative chapter for Warframe, titled “The Old Peace,” during TennoCon 2025. The trailer for “The Old Peace” describes it as follows:

Warframe is available now on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Soulframe, Digital Extremes’ next game, will potentially release later this year.
