Capcom has announced that it will host a Monster Hunter-themed event known as Monster Hunter Festa during Paris Games Week 2025. The event will take place from October 30 to November 2.
The event will feature the first ever Monster Hunter Wilds Championship in Europe. In the championship, players will be able to work with other attendees to take on a special quest in Wilds for prizes. Further, there will also be exclusive merchandise. Lastly, producer Ryozo Tsujimoto and director Yuya Tokuda will participate in special activities. Capcom will reveal more details in the coming weeks leading up to the event.
Recently, Nintendo and Capcom announced Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, releasing for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026. It’s unclear if more information will be shared at Paris Games Week 2025, however.
Monster Hunter Wilds is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon gave Monster Hunter Wilds a 4/5 score, noting that it’s an excellent entry in the long-running series and a worthy follow-up to Monster Hunter World. The store page describes it as follows:
