IGN China released 22 minutes of gameplay footage from the S-PARTY 2025 demo of action RPG Phantom Blade Zero. The footage showcases the “Seven Star Sword Formation” level, along with battles against the Wan Jun “Coppermaul,” Red Wraith, Chief Disciple of the Seven Stars, and Chief Disciple’s Fallen Hope bosses.
Moreover, developer S-GAME previously confirmed that a playable demo for Phantom Blade Zero will be available in Hall 6 of Gamescom 2025, which will be held in Cologne, Germany from August 20 to August 24. The demo is one-hour long and will feature all-new boss battles. 60 demo stations will be available at S-GAME’s 500 m² gameplay zone on the show floor.
Previously, S-GAME released a Phantom Blade Zero gameplay trailer to commemorate the Year of the Snake. The Year of the Snake trailer features a first-ever look at various snake-themed weapons that will be available in the game. With these weapons, players can enjoy precise strikes that take inspiration from classic martial arts films.
Originally announced at the May 2023 PlayStation Showcase, Phantom Blade Zero quickly caught the attention of players with its compelling combat and visuals. Phantom Blade Zero is currently in development for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Pre-registration is currently available now at the official website.
