A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai Anime Reveals Trailer and Key Visual

The staff for the upcoming anime adaptation of Masuo Kinoko’s A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai (Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokōki) light novel has released a trailer and key visual. The A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai anime will be airing in October, and Nornis will perform the opening theme song “Prologue.”

The cast of the anime includes:

  • Nobunaga Shimazaki as Takeru
  • Ayasa Ito as Bee
  • Makoto ‌Koichi as Brolite

Yoshinori Odaka is directing the anime at Tatsunoko Production and Synergy SP studios. Gigaemon Ichikawa is handling the series scripts, while Mayumi Watanabe handles character design. GENCO is producing the series. What’s more, Hiroshi Takaki is composing the music.

Masuo Kinoko first released the novel in December 2017 on the Alphapolis platform. The series has enjoyed massive success, with 1.73 million copies in circulation (including digital copies), and has also won the grand prize and the readers’ choice award in the 9th AlphaPolis Fantasy Novel Prizes.

A manga adaptation was later released by Tomozo in 2018. AlphaPolis released the first compiled book volume in November 2018 and published the eighth volume in August 2024.

Takeru Kamishiro is a normal guy with an ordinary office job, but finds himself summoned to another world. Takeru starts his new life in “Madeus”, a world with swords and magic, fully equipped with multiple skills!

Not only does he have enhanced physical and amazing magic abilities, but also the power to “search” for valuable items. With the cheat skills he’s been provided, Takeru starts his new adventure in the new isekai!!
