Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! Trailer Confirms Theatrical Release Dates

Bandai Namco Filmworks announced the four-part anime film adaptation of Maruko Nii’s Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! spinoff manga will open in order on December 26, January 30, March 6, and April 10 in theaters in Japan. A new key visual was also revealed alongside a new trailer.

Masami Shimoda directs the new Girls und Panzer anime at P.A. Works and Actas. Takahiko Usui is the series director, and Noboru Kimura writes and oversees the series scripts. Humikane Shimada and Isao Sugimoto are the original character designers with help from Takeshi Nogami. Additionally, Sugimoto is the character designer for animation.

Maruko Nii launched the Girls und Panzer manga in 2013 in Monthly Comic Alive. The manga’s 23rd volume will ship on March 22. The anime series began in October 2012 and aired for 12 episodes. The anime film adaptation, Girls und Panzer der Film, opened in November 2015 in Japan.

World of Tanks previously collaborated with the Girls und Panzer anime series in a limited-time event this past March. The event brough new content, including tanks, elite crews, and themed customizations. The event highlighted one of the the largest and most prestigious schools of Sensha-Dō, St. Gloriana Girls’ College.
