DAN DA DAN Season 2 Episode 2 will be an episode full of revelations as it will dive deeper into the mystery of the Kito family. The episode will continue the group’s clash against the Great Serpent. It will also likely see the appearance of Evil Eyes and explain the yokai’s motives.

DAN DA DAN Season 2 episode 1 picked up from where the previous season left off, with Momo getting attacked in the hot spring. She is attacked by the Kito family men and overpowered. However, she is saved by Turbo Granny, who drops a snake statue on their heads. Meanwhile, in Jiji’s place, Okarun and Jiji discover a secret room filled with talismans. 

However, before they can investigate, they are interrupted by the Kito family members and are subjected to interrogation. Momo arrives and tries to save them, but is quickly overpowered. During their clash, the group is thrown into an underground cavern and confronted by a Giant Serpent, which Okarun identifies as a man-eating cryptid. The episode ends with Okarun losing control of his powers.

DAN DA DAN Season 2 episode 2, or episode 14 overall, is set to premiere on Thursday, July 10, at 9:00 a.m. PDT / 12:00 p.m. EDT. The new episode will stream on Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Hulu. In Japan, the episode will air on Friday, July 11 at 12:26 a.m. JST. The anime will air with English subtitles first, followed by English dubs at a later date and time. Twelve episodes are expected for the season.
