For one day only, fans can watch select episodes of the Tokyo Ghoul anime in theaters across the US, and tickets are now available at Fandango.

The special theatrical release has a runtime of roughly two hours and 26 minutes. What’s more, it will feature curated full episodes from Tokyo Ghoul Season 1, including episodes 1, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of the English dub. Sink Your Teeth: A Tokyo Ghoul Celebration aims to be a great way for fans to relive the beginning of Ken Kaneki’s journey, and it could be great for newcomers as well.

Here’s an overview of Sink Your Teeth: A Tokyo Ghoul Celebration, via Crunchyroll:

6 select episodes from Season 1. Ken Kaneki is a loner. In a world where ghouls—human-like creatures who survive on human flesh—and people are at war, his biggest concern is which novel to pick up next. But when a date with the mysterious Rize turns deadly, a lifesaving operation horrifyingly transforms him into a human-ghoul hybrid.

Can he find his place in a society where it’s hunt or be hunted?

The Tokyo Ghoul anime is based on the popular manga series serialized in Weekly Young Jump since 2011. It has sold over 47 million copies worldwide. The anime first premiered in 2014, and it’s streaming on Crunchyroll with English subs and dubs.
