NEOWIZ and Round8 Studio announced Lies of P surpassed three million copies sold worldwide. The latest sales update for Lies of P includes physical shipments worldwide and digital copies sold.
NEOWIZ and Round8 Studio recently released Lies of P: Overture, a new DLC expansion for $29.99. Lies of P: Overture serves as a prequel to the base game, taking players back to the beginning of the Puppet Frenzy. It will reveal the events that lead to Lies of P, and the gameplay trailer revealed never-before-seen environments, new bosses, and a mysterious guide.
In addition to Lies of P: Overture, the game received a patch with two new difficulty settings and two new challenging boss battle modes. The boss battle modes are accessible via the Hotel Krat Stargazer once players have seen at least one base game ending. Battle Memories allow players to relive battles against previously defeated bosses with new difficulty tiers. Death March offers a challenging consecutive series of previously defeated bosses with limited player health and items.
Lies of P took 2023 by storm while fans were waiting for the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. NEOWIZ and Round8 Studio’s title received two nominations at The Game Awards 2023, including “Best Role Playing Game” and “Best Art Direction.” With over seven million players worldwide, it’s no surprise that the game continued to take home awards, including two at the 28th Webby Awards in 2024.
Lastly, Lies of P is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Mac via App Store. Lies of P: Overture launches in summer 2025.
