SEGA has launched a new update for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis featuring a collaboration with the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (Ten-Sura) anime series. For a limited time, players can pull from AC Scratch Ticket: Ten-Sura Style featuring avatar items and cosmetics based on characters from the anime.

AC Scratch Ticket: Ten-Sura Style features several avatar items that transform Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis players into fan-favorite That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime characters, including Rimuru Tempest, Shuna, Shion, and Milim Nava. Several items are also available, including weapon camo based on Rimuru’s weapon, Mag Forms based on Rimuru’s slime form and Ramiris, and voice chat stamps featuring lines from the anime. Players can also hold Rimuru in his slime form with a new Idle Motion.

Previously, the May 7 update for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis introduced the Limited-time Urgent Quest: Omen of the Planetbreaker D.2, with rewards like Legend-rarity Legendios weapons and C/Stra Scepter Augment Capsules up for grabs. Limited-time Tasks and Title Tasks were added, and completing these will give players the Reward Box Medal – Solus.

On May 13, the new Limited-time Quests Dustyl Vera Suppression Op V.3 and The Writhing Malice, Confined were added. Limited-time Tasks and Title Tasks were also introduced for these Limited-time Quests with rewards like Titles, N-Augment Transfer Pass Vouchers, and Super Origin Festival ’25 SP Scratch Tickets. Through June 3, various campaigns will be held during Halpha’s Super Origin Festival Part 2 with rewards like 150 free SG Scratch Ticket draws and bonuses like +400% boosts.

Lastly, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store, Windows, and Steam.
