The official website and social media accounts for Nagano’s Chiikawa manga announced that a new anime series will premiere on July 15. Rebroadcasts of the Chiikawa anime have been airing for the past three months, and fans only need to wait one more week before the premiere of the new series.
The Chiikawa anime series first premiered in April 22 on Fuji TV. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime. HIDIVE is streaming the anime series with English subtitles outside Japan.
The cast of Chiikawa includes child actress Haruka Aoki as Chiikawa, child actor Makoto Tanaka as Hachiware, and Ari Ozawa as Usagi.
