Konami announced the official “Konami Presents: Unmasking Silent Hill f Panel” will be held during Anime Expo 2025 on July 4 at 3:15 p.m. PDT / 6:15 p.m. EDT. The panel will be hosted in the at the JW Marriott Platinum Ballroom in the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Silent Hill f producer Motoi Okamoto, scriptwriter Ryukishi07, and composer Akira Yamaoka will be present at the Anime Expo 2025 panel. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) can share their questions in the replies of the post below for a chance to be asked during the panel.
Here’s a story synopsis for Silent Hill f, via Konami:
Hinako Shimizu was living her life as an ordinary teenager. That is, until her town (Ebisugaoka) is suddenly shrouded in fog and begins to change in a horrific way. Now, she must explore a town she no longer recognizes while solving puzzles, fighting strange enemies, and doing everything she can to survive… in order to face the ultimate decision that she must make. This is a tale about a beautiful yet terrifying choice.
The latest entry in the series, Konami and Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2, was released on October 8, 2024 for PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam). Silent Hill 2 features third-person action similar to the likes of the recent Resident Evil games. It’s one of the highest rated games of 2024 on Metacritic at 86, and Final Weapon gave Silent Hill 2 a 4.5 out of 5 score. On January 23, Konami announced that Silent Hill 2 surpassed two million copies sold worldwide.
Silent Hill f is coming soon to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Windows. Lastly, a release date was not announced yet.
