Monolith Soft has released the launch trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition., which releases on March 20 for Nintendo Switch. The launch trailer gives fans one final preview before Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is available.
Monolith Soft also released new artwork to celebrate the countdown to the release of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition. The 2015 game is finally set to break free from the Wii U catalog, following nearly a decade of heavy fan demand. We’ll be sure to update you on any more countdown art heading up to the release of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition.
The release of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition means every title from the Xenoblade Chronicles series will finally be available on Nintendo Switch. The game was easily one of the most requested Wii U ports since 2017, and Monolith Soft has finally brought the game over with plenty of enhancements. This version of the game is set to include numerous updates and new features, including a completely overhauled UI and an on-screen Overdrive guide in combat.
Additionally, various new story elements are set to be intertwined into the main story, with Monolith Soft looking to resolve many of the mysteries left for players to ponder on in the original game. There will not be an external menu to access this content, so we can expect all of it to be interwoven into the main story.
Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition launches on March 20 for Nintendo Switch. The game costs $59.99 in the Nintendo eShop, and it may be redeemed with a Nintendo Switch Game Voucher.
