Phoenixx and Nukenin announced pick-up-and-play real-time strategy game Jelly Troops is coming to Nintendo Switch alongside PC via Steam in 2025. A Jelly Troops playtest will be available starting March 6 at 5:00 p.m. PST / 8:00 p.m. EST.
In addition to the Switch version’s announcement, the official Jelly Troops tournament during TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2025, and fans who join the game’s Discord and predict the winner before March 8 at 7:45 p.m. PST / 10:45 p.m. EST have a chance to win a Steam gift card. The tournament will feature guest appearances, including Jelly Troops developer waken, eSports commentator Shohei Taguchi, voice actress Yuu Shinohara, and streaming group Indie Life Streamers.
“Jelly Troops‘ development process continues on a firm foundation of community feedback,” said waken. “Previous playtests have informed development, and the next iteration is ready for another feedback gauntlet.
