Gakuen The Idolmaster is Coming to PC in Japan

Bandai Namco announced Gakuen The Idolmaster is coming to PC via DMM Games Player in March 2025 in Japan. An exact release date for the PC version has not been announced yet, and Gakuen The Idolmaster doesn’t appear to be heading to the west, either. 

Gakuen The Idolmaster first launched on May 16, 2024 for Android and iOS in Japan. The game focuses on the setting of Hatsuboshi Gakuen, or Hatsuboshi Academy, and the unique idol candidates that attend the training school. The player takes on the role of a student at the school’s producer department.

Introduction

The game is set in the idol training school Hatsuboshi Gakuen, where you are a new student in the producer department. Scout the unique idol candidates in the idol department, each hoping to achieve their dreams, and help bring out their charms through production as they grow to become full-fledged idols.

As you begin producing idols, their singing and dancing abilities will still have a long way to go. Grow their abilities through your production and aim to pass the exams! At concert stages held after exams, their performance on stage will change as they grow. Produce and repeat with the goal of performing at sold-out arenas!
