The Dragon Ball Super manga has finally returned with chapter 104, which is a new one-shot chapter previously teased at Jump Festa 2025.
The new chapter is titled “The Birth of Saiyaman X,” with a focus on Goten and Trunks. Chapter 104 was released in Shueisha’s April 2025 issue of V-Jump on February 20. Dragon Ball Super fans may read chapter 104 on Manga Plus in English and Spanish right now.
The previous chapter, Dragon Ball Super chapter 103, was released back in March 2024. The manga went on hiatus following the death of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. Toyotarou likely took time to mourn Toriyama’s passing, and some restructuring likely took place in order for the manga to continue without him.
The ongoing Dragon Ball Daima series is the last anime that Toriyama was involved in before his passing. Goku, Vegeta, Supreme Kai, and other iconic members of the crew head into the Demon Realm after being turned into children by Gomah, who is attempting to become the Supreme Demon King. Dragon Ball Daima is streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix with English subs and dubs.
Dragon Ball: Sparking ZERO is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The recently Hero of Justice DLC includes 11 playable characters from the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, a new costume, and three custom battles. Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO DLC 2 will release in Q1 2025 with playable characters from Dragon Ball Daima. DLC 3 release in Q2 2025 with more playable characters from Dragon Ball Daima. Mini Vegeta and Glorio are two of the confirmed DLC characters.
