Street Fighter 6 Reveals ‘Say Hello to Mai!’ Fighting Pass

    Hello Mai!

Street Fighter 6 introduced a “Say Hello to Mai!” Fighting Pass, which will launch on February 5. This Fighting Pass features many premium rewards. The avatar gear is inspired by Mai Shiranui’s entire outfit.

Additionally, multiple stickers include many characters, such as Rock Howard and B. Jenet. For those wondering, the classic game for this Fighting Pass is Strider. This is a 1989 arcade hack-and-slash game that Capcom developed.

Also, Street Fighter 6 will be adding more character outfits for Fighting Ground characters throughout 2025, and starting in Year 3, the SF6 Fighting Passes will have items within them that can be used in Fighting Ground. Capcom has been seeing the requests from fans and confirmed that they have been working on Fighting Ground character outfits since 2024.

Additionally, the upcoming SF6 update, centered around Mai Shiranui’s inclusion, introduces several quality-of-life improvements and new online ranks. In particular, three new Master Ranks are arriving, and players will receive a character color for each character that gets to Master Rank.

For players interested in trying out Mai in the new patch, Capcom recently unveiled her character guide on their YouTube channel. The guide covers Mai’s special moves, normal attacks, and strategies. Mai will be available for all owners of the Street Fighter 6 Year 2 DLC at no extra charge. Otherwise, she will be available for purchase as a standalone character at release.

Street Fighter 6 will be one of the main games at EVO 2025 alongside Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes, Mortal Kombat 1, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, and Marvel vs Capcom 2. EVO 2025 will run from August 1 to 3 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lastly, Street Fighter 6 is available now on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Xbox Series X|S.
