Recently, SEGA announced that the collaboration event between free-to-play online action RPG Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis and the popular Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End anime series is now live.
The Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End collaboration brings the Frieren the Slayer Style AC Scratch Ticket. Players can pull from this new AC Scratch Ticket to earn new avatar items, weapon camos, and cosmetics based on Frieren, Fern, and Stark, including the Mirrored Lotus Bracelet and Frieren’s Briefcase. Players can login to earn Frieren, Fern, Stark, Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen acrylic stand-style Build Parts, Special Scratch Tickets, SG, and GP.
Lastly, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store, Windows, and Steam. Further, the Phantasy Star Online merchandise will release soon via Limited Run Games. At the time of writing, the original game is currently not available on modern consoles. SEGA will confirm more details about the future of the franchise in the coming weeks and months.
